1. Introduction

Welcome to MAYZEL DIGITAL(“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or subscriptions (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We provide digital marketing, web development, booking systems and related online services. The scope and deliverables for each Service are described on the relevant product or subscription page or in your proposal.

3. Subscriptions (No Lock-In, Cancel Any Time)

  • No contract tie-ins: There is no minimum term and no lock-in.

  • Auto-renew: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (e.g., monthly) until cancelled.

  • Cancel any time: You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing info@mayzeldigital.com.

  • When cancellation takes effect:

    • By default, cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

    • If you prefer immediate termination, tell us in your cancellation request (access ends straight away and no further charges are taken).

  • Refunds: Payments already made are non-refundable (including partial periods) unless required by law.

  • Plan changes:

    • Upgrades are charged pro-rata immediately and may set a new renewal date.

    • Downgrades take effect on the next renewal date.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are processed securely by our third-party providers. You authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method.

  • Prices are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

  • Invoices are due within 5 days of issue. If unpaid after 5 days, we may suspend access.

  • If payment remains unpaid after 30 days, any websites, files or data we host for you may be permanently removed without further notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel any time with no cancellation fee.

  • We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused Services, unless the law requires otherwise.

  • If you think a charge is incorrect, contact info@mayzeldigital.com within 14 days.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Don’t misuse our Services or website, and don’t breach applicable laws.

  • Provide accurate account/billing details and keep them up to date.

  • Keep your login credentials secure.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content, creative assets, code, and materials we produce remain our intellectual property until paid in full and/or as specified in your agreement.

  • You must not reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without written consent.

8. Service Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay.

  • You remain responsible for charges up to the date of suspension/termination.

9. Data, Backups & Deletion

  • You are responsible for exporting or backing up your data.

  • If your account is cancelled or more than 30 days overdue, hosted data may be deleted and may not be recoverable.

  • We will take reasonable care of your data while hosted, but we do not guarantee that backups will be available.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide Services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., leads, conversions, revenue).

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll notify you by email or a site notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
